Burglar quits profession because he is not good at it

A burglar from Plymouth has vowed to give up his illegal profession as he is no good at it. Shane Brown pleaded guilty before his trial yesterday for burglary.
Llewellyn Sellick who was representing the defendant stated that "He realises it is time he stopped this; he says he's no good at it." Brown of Plymouth had since 1997 been sentenced to a total of 11 years in jail for 11 domestic and commercial burglaries, asking for 62 similar offences to be taken into consideration. It is clear in Brown’s case that his problem was drugs.
He had made progress in quitting his addiction and was currently receiving a methadone prescription in jail, where he worked as a block orderly and always tested negative for illegal drugs. Brown was currently serving a jail sentence till May 17, having been recalled to prison after committing his latest offence while out on licence.
